Delete Account

Users can delete their Kornerbatl account directly in the app.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Kornerbatl app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.
5. Tap Delete Account Permanently.

This action permanently deletes your user account. If you are the only Owner of a team, that team's groups, cabinets, keys, borrowing records, and history will also be deleted. If other team members remain, ownership is transferred and references to you in shared audit records are de-identified.

Need Help?

If you cannot access your account, contact service@kornerbatl.com and request account deletion from the email address associated with your Kornerbatl account.
