Kornerbatl is operated by Ningbo Sea Chart Import and Export Co., Ltd. Kornerbatl helps teams manage key cabinets, keys, borrowing, returns, reminders, exports, and activity history. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Account information, including name, email address, password hash, team name, role, and invite-code membership.
• Key-management information, including groups, cabinets, key names, key IDs, positions, notes, borrower details, due times, return records, and activity logs.
• Support information you choose to send to us when contacting support.
• Limited technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, and security logs, when needed to operate and protect the service.

How We Use Information

• To provide account login, team workspaces, cloud sync, and role-based access.
• To help users create, search, borrow, return, export, and manage key records.
• To provide customer support, security, troubleshooting, and account deletion.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Data is disclosed only as needed to provide Kornerbatl, comply with law, protect users, or respond to valid legal requests.

Service Providers and International Processing

We use Amazon Web Services to host and process Kornerbatl account and workspace data. Information may be processed in a country different from where you live. We require service providers to process information only for providing and protecting the service.

Storage and Security

Data is stored in Kornerbatl cloud services and separated by team workspace. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Access to business data requires a signed-in account with permission for the relevant team. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Retention

We retain account and workspace information while the account or team uses Kornerbatl. When an account is deleted, the active account record is removed. If a shared team remains active, references to the deleted user in shared audit records are de-identified. Limited security logs or protected backups may remain temporarily until routine rotation or deletion, or longer when required by law.

Account Deletion

You can perform account deletion in the app from Profile > Delete Account. You may also request access to or correction of your account information by contacting us. More details are available at Delete Account.

Information About Other People

Organizations may choose to enter borrower names, phone numbers, email addresses, or notes. The organization is responsible for having an appropriate reason and authority to enter and manage this information.

Children

Kornerbatl is a workplace and facilities-management service and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated date at the top identifies the latest version.
